"Well, I never!" the woman exclaimed, then went on her way.
The next day, the lady walks past the pet shop, and again, the bird squawks, "Hey, lady! You're ugly!"
Now thoroughly incensed, the woman storms into the pet store, and begins screaming at the owner. "Listen here! You'd better get that bird under control or I'll sue you and put you out of business!"
The pet shop owner apologizes profusely and assures the woman he'll address the problem immediately.
The next morning, the woman walks past the pet shop, and again, the parrot squawks, "Hey, lady!"
The woman instantly glares at the bird, who winks and slyly says, "You knowwwww..."
