A Parable For Life

A bird was late flying south for the winter and got caught in an ice storm. His wings iced up and he set down in a barnyard, shivering and freezing to death. One of the farmer's cows happens to drop a cow pie on him as she passed and the bird was covered with poop to the neck. The bird felt his little wings thawing and began to sing with joy. The farmer's cat heard the singing and scooped the bird out of the pile and ate him.

There are three morals to be drawn from this tale:

Not everyone that poops on you is your enemy.
Not everyone that pulls you out of the poop is your friend.
When you're up to your neck in it and you are happy, *keep your mouth shut*.
