One of them is sick and keeps sneezing on the other two, the guys get sick of it and tell him "hey jack, the next time you need to sneeze, give us a signal."
30 seconds pass and all of a sudden, jack yells "SHES GONNA BLOW!" the other two immediately duck under the covers as jack lets his anus explode.
