So there was this guy he was coming up to a stop sign while driving. This driver slowed down but didn't stop. Kind of one of those California stops. A Cop sees this and pulls the guy over.
the cop walks up to the driver and asks, "why didn't you stop?"
the guy responds, "I slowed down."
the cop said, "yes, but you didn't stop."
the guy, being a real jerk says," well there's not really a difference in my opinion."
so the cop said "Ok."
the cop then grabs the guy.
pulls him out of the car and begins beating him with his nightstick.
the guy keeps yelling, "hey stop!"
to which the cop responds " oh do you want me to stop or just slow down?"
