Daniel was looking for a wife... [Translated from Chinese]

Partly Chinese joke, but the gag derives itself from chinese puns:

There is this family of three: A Chinese father, an Eurasian mother (who knows a teensy bit of chinese) and Daniel, a 28 year old bachelor.

By this time, Daniel's parents were quite worried that he would not get married soon, so they forced him to set up some "man looking for woman" ads at the local notice board. He wrote it mostly in chinese, mostly due to his father's demand of him getting a chinese wife. He wrote a very self-proclaiming advert and wanted to check it with his parents, but his dad was out of town. He passed it to his mom, and then she decided that he needed to be a bit more humble. She wrote on the advert, 大牛比较懒 (Daniel is a bit lazy). Then he posted it up and started to wait...

It was Barely a day after the advert was public that he was receiving prank calls with people laughing at him, and at one point he was visited by a group of chinese women who kept on laughing at him at his doorstep. "What was wrong?" he asked himself. He went to his dad, showing him the ad which he posted.

On one look, his dad burst into laughter. "Don't you know that around here, there are many traditional chinese families, and they read chinese right to left?"

大牛比较懒

懒较比牛大 (His dick is bigger than a cow).

P.S. 懒较 in dialect refers to a dick, hence translate may not work too well.
