A man walks into a doctor's office...

A man walks into a doctor's office.

"What can I do for you?" asks the doctor

The man replies "It's just... I-I'm feeling a bit... well... stiff..." as he gesticulates with his arms in the vague direction of himself, but to no specific feature in particular.

"Ok... well take a seat up on the table so I can examine you, and lets see if I can work out what the problem is..."

The doctor starts manipulating the man's limbs one by one, stretching each one out in turn, and rotating them through every natural range of motion.

"Is that it? Are you feeling any pain?" asks the doctor, whilst holding the man in increasinly contorted positions.

"No, no... that's not it..." says the man, sounding more and more frustrated as the doctor fails to find the source of the his problem.

After 10 minutes with no success in identifying the source of the patient's irritation, he slumps back in his seat.

"Well, I couldn't find anything obviously wrong with you, the best advice I can offer is to take some ordinary over the counter anti inflammatory medication"

The man looks at the doctor and sighs.

"No, no doctor... you don't understand... I'm having trouble articulating myself"
