There's a bum outside a bar...

...watching people come and go just passing time when a very handsome well dressed man walks towards the entrance.
However, he stops outside leans against the wall as if he is waiting for someone.
After a few minutes a beautiful woman walks out the man says, "tickle your ass with a feather?" the woman is startled and says, "excuse me?" The man quickly and calmly responds, "particularly nice weather." The woman is skeptical but says, "oh... yes it is" and walks away.
The bum is intrigued and watches as a second woman walks out and the same thing happens as with the first woman. "Tickle your ass with a feather", "What?", "Particularly nice weather", "Oh" and she walks away. Finally, a third woman walks out and the man says "tickle your ass with a feather?" The woman smiles and they walk off arm in arm.
The bum having watched the entire spectacle is amazed and decides to try this maneuver.
He walks up the bar and a woman soon walks out.
Very loud and bluntly the bum says, "Stick a feather up your ass?" The woman is shocked, "What?" the woman says and the bum responds, "Look at the fucking clouds"
