Little Johnny was in school

Little Johnny was in school and his teacher was teaching the alphabet by asking students what word starts with a specific letter.
Well Johnny here is notorious in the classroom for being the most ill behaved child. The teacher, of course, knew about the potential harm Johnny could've caused in this particular exercise and so tried her best to avoid him.
The teacher calls out "A" and Johnny raises his hand excitedly, of course the teacher didn't pick him because she could think of plenty of bad words with that start with A.
Well this same process continued on until the teacher reached R, she had been avoiding Johnny successfully until now but was running out of other students. She decided that for the life of her she couldn't think of a bad word that started with R.
She called on Johnny nervously and Johnny said "rat!"
"Oh that wasn't bad, what a nice surprise!" thought the teacher.
"A mother fucking rat with huge ass dick!" exclaimed Johnny.
