A homeless man spends every day sitting at the corner, drinking and watching the people at the bus stop. He notices a man approaching women day after day. Sometimes a woman will shout at him and after a brief explanation they smile and turn away. Other times, he will walk away with a beautiful woman, both smiling.
One day the homeless man asks him what his secret is. The man replies, "Simple. When I see a woman I like I say 'Tickle your ass with a feather?' If she is shocked and offended I'll claim to have said 'Typical nasty weather' and move on. If she smiles and doesn't object, off we go"
The homeless man is amazed at this plan and insists on trying it out. He waits for a nice looking young woman to stand at the corner, casually stumbles over to her and very loudly says "Stick a feather up your ass?" The woman is shocked and recoils from him "WHAT?!?" she says. The homeless man replies "Raining like a bitch, ain't it?"
