Communist rally

In Cuba the communist leaders decide to have a rally to boost moral. So they invite all the people of Havana to the center square of town. One of the party leaders steps up to the podium to declare "Great people of Cuba with everyones hard work we have produced enough sugar cane that we struck a trade agreement and most of it we will trade for lumber from Mexico." The crowd cheered and some of the people began to say lumber that's great we can start to build new homes, schools so many things we can do with lumber. But the speaker interrupted "No wait comrades we cannot use the lumber ourselves we are trading it for cement from Chile." Again the crowd cheered and some of them began to say cement that's fantastic new roads, repairing bridges, so many things we will do with cement. Again the speaker interrupted "No wait comrades we can not use the cement ourselves we also have an agreement to trade it for cattle from Australia." The crowd again erupted in cheers and people began to say cows the even better that means beef, milk we are going to be eating great. But the speaker again interrupts and says "No wait comrades if we consume the cows ourselves what are we going to trade the Russians for fertilizer and soil so we can grow our sugar cane....
