The doctor runs some tests and doesn't find anything, but she has this feeling that she's pregnant, like there's something in her. The doctor reassures her, "it's nothing, probably just some gas" and sends her home.
Sure enough, a little while later she confirms she's pregnant and carries it to term.
Some time later, walking down the street, she runs into the same doctor. He remembers her and exclaims "oh my! You have a baby now!"
She replies "I do! Cute little fart, isn't he?"
