but before it is too late, the Director realizes and comes up with a plan. He tells the Deputy Director to secure all exits at once so that the Russians will be trapped inside and forced to surrender. The Deputy Director then tells the security staff to seal off every last building exit.
But an hour later, the Russians are nowhere to be found and the Director finds out that they all managed to escape! Furious, he heads off to the security office to figure out what happened.
"I told you to seal off the exits dammit!" he screams.
The security officer looks at him and says,
"But sir what could we do? They all left through the entrance!"
