A boy has a pet caterpillar and he asks him "Mr. Caterpillar, would you like to go see a movie with me?"
"Sure," says the caterpillar, "let me get ready."
So the boy goes outside and waits. And he waits, and waits all day, eventually in to the night and the movie is long over.
The next day, the boy asks "Mr. Caterpillar, would you like to go to Disney Land with me today?"
"Sure, let me just get ready." says the caterpillar, so the boy goes outside and waits. And he waits, and waits all day, until night, and Disney Land closes.
The next day, the boy asks "Mr. Caterpillar, would you like to go rollerskating with me?"
The caterpillar replies "I just got all my shoes on, and now you want to go rollerskating?!"
