A nurse at a mental hospital normally doesn't interact with the patients but one night decided to get to know them.
She walks into Bob's hospital room and he's sitting in a chair, pretending to drive, putting his hands on an imaginary steering wheel and stick shift.
"Bob, what are you doing?" she asks.
"I'm late for a meeting in Chicago!" he says.
She goes to the next hospital room and there's Jim sitting in a chair, with his pants down, vigorously giving his johnson the Commander One Hander.
"Jim, what are you doing?" she asks.
"I'm fucking Bob's wife while he's in Chicago!"
