An American guy in Hong Kong goes for a night on the town in the red light district. The next morning he awakes to find a strange fungus growing on his penis. He goes to an American doctor at the local clinic. The doctor examines his “member”, consults a few other specialists, and then gives him the grim news: “That thing’s got to come off”.
In desperation, the guy goes to the local Chinese free clinic to get another opinion. The guy recounts the prognosis of the American doctors and asks if anything can be done to avoid the pending sacrifice of his “manhood”.
The Chinese doctor listens intently and then sighs: “Oh, don’t worry. American doctors always want to operate. You just wait a couple weeks and it’ll fall of by itself.”
