Cute blonde chick gets pulled over by The State Troopers. Before the trooper has a chance to vocalize, the blonde pipes up and says "I know, I know, you want be to buy tickets to The State Trooper Ball. This is the third time I've been pulled over, today!" The trooper states affirmatively "Lady, State Troopers don't have balls!" She drove away with out a ticket.
