He's currently training under Billy, who has been a graveyard groundskeeper for over 10 years.
At 2 AM Billy brings Joel around to do the regularly scheduled leaf cleanup.
Joel hears a rustle and looks around - to his surprise, all the dead bodies - from skeletons to freshly buried, barely decomposed corpses, have all climbed out of their graves and are dancing in a circle!
Joel's jaw is open so wide he couldn't form a cohesive sentence so he grabbed Billy's arm to get his attention.
Billy turns around, notices the dancing corpses, and curses under his breath,
"I can't believe those damn kids stole the 'G' off the graveyard sign again!"
