I can half remember a joke from a while back and it's driving me crazy - can anyone help?
The premise is that someone is getting a watch or clock repaired (I'm not sure if it matters which one). The guy asks for a part - maybe a hand or a cog. The repair person asks "is it for (BLANK)?" and the punchline is "I don't know, my clock is broken".
The joke is that the word "for" sounds like 4, and whatever the blank is makes it sound like he's asking for the time (IE. "Is it four thirty?").
The joke definitly has a punchline which I remember was quite good, but I can't make anything fit....
