She goes up to the teller and hands him 10,000 yen. The teller takes the money and gives her $80 for it. She thanks the teller and then goes on her way.
The next day the Asian woman comes back to the bank with another 10,000 yen to exchange. This time the teller hands her only $75. The Asian woman gets irate, "Yesterday I give you 10,000 yen and you give me 80 dollar. Why I get less today?"
"Why that's because of the economics of fluctuation ma'am.", the teller replies.
The Asian woman gets furious and shouts at him, "Well fluck you white people too!"
