They drive downtown towards all the majority of the restaurants available to them and pull into the parking lot of their favorite one. The only problem is that there is a giant wait time. So they try their second favorite. Same thing: huge wait time.This trend continues until they are left with a pretty unpopular and sub-par diner that's unfortunately know for their less-than-awesome food.
The man and the woman park, walk in, sit down, and order their food - each with disappointment on their faces. When the food arrives the woman starts eating. After a few minutes she looks at her partner and says, "You haven't even touched your food." "I know," replies the man. "Well what's wrong? Aren't you feeling well?" The man looks at her and says "I'm simply delaying the inedible."
