Three sailors survive the sinking of their ship and wash up on shore of an unknown island. They soon begin to travel away from the coast and are ambushed by a native tribe. The tribe leader says "Unagi or death?". The first sailor, a straight man, reasons that he has a family waiting back home so he better choose Unagi for the sake of his family. The leader ass rapes the sailor. The second man, a homosexual, is excited by this choice and eagerly chooses Unagi. The leader ass rapes him as well. The final man, a homophobe, is so disgusted by the thought he loudly shouts "I would rather die than do something that disgusting!". The entire tribe stops for a moment and then begins chanting:
"Death by Unagi! Death by Unagi! Death by Unagi!"
