The one on top says, "I'm going to run for president!"
The one on bottom says, "The hell you are!"
Ignoring the bottom number, the top one goes and puts his name in. This angers the bottom number, and he undoes the nomination. He then comes back to the numerator and tells him what he did.
"Why'd you do that!?" He replied, angrily.
"It's my job," replied the denominator.
