It's 2 right now, I estimate the execution will happen at about 4:30, and as far as I know, it's a definite. The main reason is, she's unable to retain new clients, she's not returning calls, and old clients have been fleeing.
So far, she came into my office and said "I need to put up my diplomas, I've been putting that off." I said "I think you're ok."
