They have a great day, but after about an hour of traveling to deeper water they all start craving a cigarette. They quickly realise that none of them have brought anything to light the cigarettes. They don't want to turn around, because they had spent so long travelling out, and by then they would be suffering from mild withdrawal. They all sit around thinking, when suddenly one of them grabs a cigarette and throws it overboard so the whole boat is a cigarette lighter.
