Only three guys and one girl survive and are washed up on a island god knows were.
Knowing that they are probably stranded for a long time they decide to start making a shelter, collecting food, making rudimentary weapons and any other shit stranded people do.
Time pass and no sign of being rescued.
Days turn to weeks and they all start to feel something is missing. So they all come together and decide what to do about sex. After some debate, they all agree upon what to do. Once a day one of the guys should have sex with the girl, then the other, then the other, then repeat and the seventh day should be the girl's "day off".
Life resumes its daily pace and weeks turn to months, months to years and suddenly, one day, the girl dies.
The three guys are shocked but what the hell, life must go on, and they continue with thier survival.
So a month pass and nothing comes to trouble their mind. Another month pass and they start to get a little nervous. The third month something is definetly not right and on the fourth month they decide to bury her.
