Dr Theodore Adams, a robotics engineer who specialized in artificial intelligence married his long time colleague Dr Angela Childs, also an expert in artificial intelligence and robotics. Initially they got along well, but working together and living together soon took their toll and they got divorced.
After the divorce, Dr Adams decided that he was through with real women entirely and dedicated himself to creating what he thought would be the perfect artificial woman.
After six months of intense work, he created a prototype that was smart and sexy, and virtually indistinguishable from a real woman which he called Angie 2.0 .
He published his work and his ex-wife read it. Angered by his attempt to replace her with a robot, she worked tirelessly and soon created a special chip capable of simulating a range of human emotions. She called the chip PMS 5.0 and installed it in Angie. Dr Adams is currently missing and presumed dead. Angie 2.0 was unavailable for comment.
