A big truck was blocking the road trying to pull in to a construction site. People were getting impatient and started driving on the sidewalk to get around him. An ambulance came by and when it came down off the curb the back doors popped open and an oxygen tank flew out. They just kept going. I got out of my car ran over to shut off the tank because it was leaking. I noticed a cooler fell out as well. I open the cooler and its a guys severed toes. I started to panic because I had no idea what to do, so I called a towtruck.
