My favorite phone call was to a "David Fuch". Last name pronounced exactly as you think it is.
So I call him about a past due insurance balance, and he has no idea where this balance is coming from. He's had the same insurance for 15+ years and has never been late or switched.
He finally asks what vehicle it's for.
"A 1998 jeep grand cherokee."
"OH that's my son's vehicle. His name is David Fuch Jr."
"So wait you're telling me that there's a little Fuch running around out there?"
