A man swims in a lake and passes a sign that says "No swimming beyond this point" The man shrugs it off and keeps swimming in the lake passing the sign. After a little while he feels something grab him by his balls and is dragged under water. Through a gurgled voice he hears,
"Plus one, minus one?"
Scared out of his mind he shouts
"Plus one, Plus one!"
The creature let him go and he quickly swam to the surface and got off the lake but something was off, he had two dicks. The next day he went to the doctor's and asked for his advice he said,
"Well if you go back to the lake just do minus one, then you'll be back to normal"
Taking the doctor's advice he swam back to the lake, the creature once more grabbed him down by his balls, and a gurgled voice said,
"Plus two, minus two?"
