An Asian tourist goes into a bank to cash a travellers cheque and is offered 85 yen to the dollar.
"85 yen! That's robbery yesterday it was 80 yen to the dollar why you do this?"
"Fluctuations." Replied the manager.
"Fluck you assholes." says the tourist. "I'm not going to be ripped off by this bank!"
