"Oh no," the woman groans. "Why him? He's an idiot!"
"We're sure you'll like the names, ma'am," says the doctor.
The woman sighs. "All right, what's the girl's name?"
"Denise."
"...Oh! That's not so bad after all." The woman, now relieved, asks, "What's the boy's name?"
"Denephew."
