The son comes home from the first day of tryouts. The father notices that the son is stressed and discouraged. The son marches straight to his room with his head down, without saying a word to any of his family members. The father decides to leave the son alone for a while.
A few hours later, the son is still in his bedroom. The father decides to go figure out what's wrong. He walks into the son's bedroom to find him pacing the floor.
The father says "Son what's the matter? What happened at tryouts?"
The son replies "Dad, I'm so worried about making the team. I was the worse player on the court today. I wasn't hitting any of my shots. I'm only a FIFTH as good as the rest of the guys!"
The father says "Relax son, you're just TOO TENSE."
