When a cop sees him and pulls him over.
The cop says "Sir what are you doing with all of these penguins?"
The man replies "We're just going for a drive officer."
The cop then says "I demand you take these penguins to the zoo right now."
The man nods his head and drives off.
The very next day the man is driving on the highway again with his truck still filled with penguins. The same cop sees him and pulls him over again.
The cop says "Sir I thought I told you yesterday to take these penguins to the zoo."
The man replies "I know officer, we went to the zoo, and today we're going to the beach!"
