The doctor steps into the room and says
"I'm afraid I've got a few pieces of bad news for you."
"Alright lets hear it", the man replies.
"Well the first bit of bad news is that you have dementia." He pauses for a moment before saying "and the second bit of bad news is that you have diabetes".
The man thinks about it for a minute and then looks up and says "Well at least I don't have dementia."
