So this guy gets headaches all the time. He finnaly goes to the doctor and the doctor recommends taking out one testicle to reduce the pressure and eliminate the headaches. He has the procedure done, but after he recovers, the headaches are back. He sees the dr again and, same thing. Have to remove the other testicle. He still gets headaches. The Dr. Tells him that he should go on a big vacation, buy a new wardrobe and really start fresh. So he does. He goes to a nice department store and gets everything new. In the process, the sales lady is getting him new briefs and she brings him a set of size large and he responds that he wears size small. She says "you can't fit a small brief, it will give you headaches!"
