A female project manager for a construction site walked over a newly built pathway and checked to make sure it looked good. When she stumbled on a slight bump near the side of it she turned to two of the workers and said "I need you to straighten this out immediately". When she walked away one of the workers turned to the other and asked "do you think she really means for us to fix this tiny problem?!" The other turned to him and replied "trust me, Cement it"
