He's just a head, really, and he requires constant attention and care When he's 8 or 9 years old, his parents take a well deserved vacation with him to the beach. They leave him in the hotel room and go for a walk on the shore, where they meet a crazy old doctor who tells them that he's a brilliant surgeon, and that he thinks he could graft the head onto a donor body. Excited, the parents rush back to the hotel room.
"Son, we have a wonderful surprise for you!" the mother says
"Oh what is it now," says the son, "another fucking hat?"
