A friend gave me a joke test the other day. He asked me what Y-E-S spells. I said, "Yes."
Then he asked me to spell it out and say it again. "Y-E-S yes," I said.
Then he said, "What happens when you put an E in front of it."
"I said, E-yes."
I had fallen for the trick. E-Y-E-S spells "eyes", the gooey things on your face that let you see.
