A man was strolling down the street and he was walking past a mental institution. There was a wooden fence separating the sidewalk and the mental institution. As he was walking he heard a group of patients chanting "13, 13, 13!" and because he was curious he peered through a hole in the fence to see what was going on then, out of nowhere, a stick poked his eye and they started chanting, "14, 14, 14!".
