Because of bad press they've got lately, a couple of Westboro baptist church members in New York City decided to volunteer outside their community and improve relations.
So these two of New York's most fanatic characters are standing by the side of the road holding up a sign that reads, "THE END IS NEAR! TURN YOURSELF AROUND BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!"
"Leave us alone you religious nuts!" yells a driver as he speeds by.
Suddenly, from around the curve they hear screeching tires and a big splash.
This went on for a while till the insults were getting more than they were used toeven for them
.
"Do you think," says one eccentric to the other, "we should just put up a sign that says 'Bridge Out of Order' instead?"
