Two polish carpenters are working on a house and the one polack is nailing 2x4s to the floor. Every other nail the polack would throw the nail over his shoulder, then grab the next nail and pound it into the 2x4. He repeated this for a few minutes until the polish guy watching said,
"why are you throwing every other nail over your shoulder??"
The polack replied, "half of these nails are facing the wrong way!".
The other polack replied, "YOU IDIOT! Keep those for the other side!"
