They complete the written exam and pass all the other tests with flying colors. They have 1 final test to pass.
Each man stands in front of a door. The first guy is told that his wife is inside this room. In order to become a member of the FBI he needs to be able to take orders and do what is necessary. They then tell the first guy to enter the room and shoot his wife in the head. They hand him the gun and he immediately starts trembling. He hands the gun back over and says he can't do it.
They excuse him from the interview.
The 2nd guy sees whats going on and is told the same thing. Go inside and shoot your wife in the head. They hand him the gun and he looks determined. He enters the room and after about a minute he comes back out. He hands the gun back and says he can not do it.

The 3rd guy has been watching all of this go down. As soon as they hand him the gun he runs into the room. There is nothing but silence for a few seconds but then LOUD banging and what sounds like the rooms furniture being tossed about.
After 10 minutes the 3rd man comes out. He is bloodied and breathing heavily.
Stunned the FBI agents are standing there staring at him.
The man hands the gun back over and says
" You idiots had blanks in this gun so I had to beat her to death"
