So John is confident that he is a tough guy, he started shouting around this unknown neighborhood, he shouted "WHO IS THE TOUGHEST GUY AROUND HERE", but nobody answered. He continued shouting, "I AM VERY TOUGH, WHO IS THE TOUGHEST GUY HERE? WHO IS?", he repeated. Then this one guy went to John and shouted to his face "I AM, I AM" and John replied "OK, THAT MAKES TWO OF US".
