It was a calm day in Lilycove City in the Hoenn Region, up until May's dad decided it would be a great idea to start training a special attacker for the gym he ran, due to everyone using Smogon Skarmories.
He started by training a team of 6 Whismurs outside the gym, challenging wild Pokemon as they jumped out of the bushes within the city. The noise was loud, but still pretty bearable.
The Whismurs evolved into Loudreds, resulting in the city clearing a 1 kilometer radius around the Gym. May's father kept training his Pokemon, even though she told him to stop.
His Loudreds all evolved at level 100. May decided to take action and file a complaint to the Evergrande Parliament. Her letter? "Tell my dad to shut his Pokemon up - my head's gonna Exploud!"
