He is in jail right now, but I don't think that's really the best punishment. I think they should have kept him outside and kept him in the Paralympics, and even forced him to run in all the races, but made him do it without his prosthetics. So every time he races he has to crawl along the rubber track, skin being torn from his flesh, for the 20 minutes or so that it'd take him to finish the 100. This would also serve as a warning to other would-be murderous Paralympic athletes. Cause you know these guys are all on steroids, which are known rage-inducers. Probably twice as much steroids as the Olympic athletes actually, cause you have to make your one leg twice as strong.
