So there's this old lady walking down the street with a lemon sticking out her ear. A man passing by exclaims "pardon me madam, but you seem to have a lemon in your ear". She responds to the gentleman "well of course. You've heard of a hearing aid... Well this is a lemon-aid!"
My grandpa used to tell that joke with the greatest enthusiasm for about 40 years straight. It still makes me smile :)
