Jack and his lady friend at the nursing home are spending some quiet time together after dinner. They sneak into the woman's room and help each other get undressed.
Jack asks, "Is there anything you would like me to do for you?"
She answers shyly, "I would love to be licked down there.”
He kisses his way down her body but comes up quickly. "It smells terrible down there !”
"Oh, that must be my arthritis," she says.
