It's a nurse's first day working at a new hospital...

When she starts her shift she begins her rounds as normal. She enters one of the rooms, and sees a patient who is in a cast from the waist up, and is wearing an oxygen mask.
She is looking at his chart, when he asks her through the mask, "Are my testicles black?"
She is taken back by his question, and shrugs it off thinking the patient is being cheeky.
The patient looking confused again asks through the mask, "Are my testicles black?"
Again she ignores his ridiculous question. The patient, appearing now to become frustrated, again asks "Are my testicles black?"
At this point the nurse is becoming annoyed, but she humors him and lifts up his gown to check. Seeing nothing out of the ordinary she says, "No sir, they look normal."
The patient shakes his head and says, "Can you come over here, and take this mask off please?"
The nurse approaches him and pulls the mask off his face. The patient, sounding agitated, speaks slowly, "Now listen to me very carefully. Are my test results...back?"
