"Two words, 'two words.'" That's four words. "That's four words," is three words. It's four words too because of the contraction making two words one. So, "it's" is one word. It's two words too.
That joke makes a whole lot more sense when you can see the punctuation.
Two more words, "Inception reference." This is not new; it's just being repeated. But, inception means starting point so it had to be new at some point.
