1) Firstly you must ring up your potential customers and lead them on and be really positive about the job and pretend that the customer will get the job.
2) Then you must waste ones time by pressuring them to come down to "register" making sure the person wastes car parking money.
3) After inviting them down to your office you happily waste the persons time by letting them know the vacancy has been filled already that day.
4) Never be truthful to the candidate always treat them like a second class citizen.
5) Don't take down old job adverts as you can still get peoples hopes up at an imaginary job that does not exist anymore.
6) Don't bother ringing your candidates to update them as they should be waiting on your beck and call.
7) leave them waiting for days on end not updating them .
8) Always leave your desk never be available to answer the phone.
9) Any finally always put on a nice fake up cherpy voice and pretend you know everything .
